Spider-Man and Vin escape from Ryker's as all of the inmates are trying kill them. Carlie takes proof of the Spider-Man frame-up to Bill Hollister but cops show up to arrest her. Furious that they are messing with her friend, Lily turns into Menace and attacks the police. Spider-Man battles Menace but it is Harry as the Green Goblin that flies in with a serum that transforms the villain back into Lily. Hollister wins the mayoral election but does not accept the job as his daughter has been publicly revealed as Menace. Vin arrests his old boss. Norman has a little chat with the imprisoned Lily.
