Spider-Man and Iron Fist stand back-to-back at the center of this February 1994 cover, fists ready as a ring of armed, hooded figures closes in around them — outnumbered, outgunned, and out of time, just as the cover copy promises. Jae Lee's artwork gives the scene a tense, shadowy atmosphere that suits the "fear-fraught finale" billing of this third chapter in the Storm Warnings arc. It's a satisfying team-up snapshot, with two street-level heroes facing overwhelming odds together.
