Every villain in the city has shown up to bid, turning the event into a high-stakes showdown of egos and schemes. Written by Mark Millar and illustrated by Terry Dodson with inks by Rachel Dodson and colors by Avalon and Ian Hannin, the cover by Terry Dodson and Rachel Dodson captures the spectacle in bold, dynamic detail.
