“[Revenge of the Sinister Six, Part 5 of 6]: The Sixth Member”

Part five of the "Revenge of the Sinister Six" saga arrives in this 1992 installment, and Erik Larsen's cover makes clear that Spider-Man is badly outnumbered. The wall-crawler takes center stage — literally tumbling under the crushing grip of a massive Hulk — while Ghost Rider blazes in on his motorcycle above a flaming Jack-o'-lantern, Deathlok looms in dark armor, a purple-hued Sleepwalker crackles with energy at the right, and chains and lightning fill every corner of the composition. With the penultimate chapter promising a sixth member still to be revealed, this is one of the most crowded and kinetic covers of Larsen's run on the title.
