Silver Surfer #75

The milestone 75th issue of Silver Surfer arrives as a Giant-Sized Extravaganza, closing out "The Herald Ordeal" with its sixth and final chapter, "Destruction." Ron Lim's cover is a cosmic spectacle, with the gleaming Silver Surfer surging forward on his board at the center, surrounded by a striking mosaic of faces — including the Thing, a skull-faced figure, Firelord, a dark-haired woman, and a host of other Marvel cosmic characters crowding the starfield border. It's a fittingly grand visual send-off for this 1992 storyline, and the 30th Anniversary Amazing Spider-Man corner box is a nice reminder of how much Marvel history is packed into this era.
