Alongside the Surfer stands Kymaera — the blue-skinned New Warriors member featured prominently here as guest star — while the bold promise "And the Guilty Shall Not Go Free!" sets a satisfying tone of cosmic justice. With Glenn Greenberg writing and a full artistic team including Adriana Melo and colorist Tom Smith bringing "A Place Called Home" to life, this is a fine chapter in the Surfer's mid-90s run.
