Sigil #2
This volume collects issues #7-12 of the 2002 CrossGen series Sigil, continuing the saga of Sam and Tori as they navigate the cosmic conflict surrounding the mysterious sigil marks that grant them extraordinary powers. The story deepens the exploration of the Sigil-Bearers' role in the war between the First and the Negation, with Sam struggling to control his abilities while being hunted by those who fear or covet his mark.
In Sigil #2, Sam steps up to protect Zanni as Ronolo closes in, setting off a chain of high-stakes negotiations that could redefine Delassia’s future. With Zanni’s damning evidence and her revolutionary warp drive plans, she secures full union status—just as the Saurians threaten to invade. Mark Waid’s gripping storytelling and Scot Eaton’s dynamic art bring the tension to life, while Joe Chiodo’s cover captures the moment’s urgency.
