Shutter #4 brings Joe Keatinge and Leila del Duca's imaginative Image series to a tense moment captured beautifully on del Duca's cover: a young woman scrambles urgently through a doorway while a massive cartoon-faced black cat looms behind her, its wide eyes and open mouth crackling with menace. Three circular portraits along the bottom — a punk fox, a lion, and a grinning skull — hint at the wonderfully strange cast surrounding her. Owen Gieni's moody, rain-soaked color palette ties it all together into something that feels both thrilling and delightfully weird.
