In "The Robot Juggernaut!", the Metal Men and Billy flee the planet of the Playground of Terror only to crash-land on a new world where towering Robot Juggernauts hunt them for scrap. With their survival on the line, the team must find a way to outwit their mechanical pursuers before they’re melted down—while a mysterious comet shower lights their path home, restoring Billy’s sight along the way.

In "Revolt of the Gas Gang!", the Metal Men find themselves fused together during a clash with the Robot Juggernauts, their metallic forms now dangerously entangled.
