The fourth and final chapter of this 1996 Image crossover event assembles a striking cast of heroes and antiheroes on a cover by penciler Tony Daniel and inker Kevin Conrad — a white-haired woman in red, a cloaked dark figure, a massive stone-skinned giant, a red-masked villain, and several others crowded together in a tense, dynamic composition. Writers Kurt Busiek and Barbara Kesel bring their story to its conclusion with a lineup that spans the breadth of the Image universe, and that sense of convergence comes through loud and clear even before you open the cover.
