Part three of "Wake the Beast" arrives with a cover by Jim Cheung and Mark Morales that crackles with urgency — a young warrior in a red coat charges forward, fist raised, while mystical star-shaped sigils and supernatural energy swirl around him and his teammates loom behind in the blazing light. Jonathan Hickman and Stefano Caselli continue their run on this series, with colors by Sunny Gho lending the whole composition a vivid, high-stakes intensity. If this cover is any indication, the Secret Warriors are pushing themselves to their limits in 2010's most propulsive team book.
