An anthology horror issue featuring a story titled "The Evil of Rasputin," in which a werewolf stalks a European castle inhabited by nobility including a Countess and a Monarch. The werewolf attacks and kills a young woman, tearing through the castle before the creature is pursued into the streets by townspeople with torches and weapons, ultimately being cornered in an alley where its decomposed body is discovered.
