Satellite Sam #6
Howard Chaykin's cover for Satellite Sam #6 sets a deliberately provocative tone: a woman's legs in stockings and heels dominates the frame, while scattered photographs litter the floor beneath her and a small rocket-shaped figurine peers up from between her feet — a quietly unsettling image that feels right at home in this noir-tinged tale of early television's seedier underbelly. Matt Fraction's story title, "Women in Trouble," promises that the series' sharp eye for scandal and secrets is very much still in play. If you've been following this 2014 Image series, issue six looks like a compelling reason to keep going.
