From an interrogation of ex-mob accountant Myron Fields, the Sandman figures out who the Tarantula is and where he and the veiled lady are holding Catherine and Celia. Dian has also figured out the whereabouts of her friend Catherine and leads the police to the location, only to find all has been wrapped up by the Sandman, who is nowhere to be seen.
