Samson battles enemies who attempt to exploit his strength for nefarious purposes. After being hypnotized into performing feats of strength, Samson breaks free and confronts a man named Moulton, who owns a fleet of ships and seeks to use the hero's power for destruction. Samson defeats Moulton's thugs in a series of action sequences, including hurling a tree at their truck. The story concludes with Moulton's men imprisoned in an iron cage lowered into a deep well, where they plot to poison the water supply and escape.
