Sabrina, the Teenage Witch #59
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA delightful split-panel cover by Stan Goldberg sets up the comedy perfectly: on the left, a young blonde girl pleads with Aunt Hilda — who's stirring a bubbling cauldron — to use her magic to "get me dates," while on the right, Hilda cheerfully obliges by conjuring a shower of calendar pages (July 20, April 8, October 4) rather than the romantic kind of dates. The gag lands with warm, classic Archie charm, and with Frank Doyle scripting "Hot Spell," you just know the wordplay and timing inside are equally sharp. A fun 1980 entry in the long-running series that shows Sabrina's world — bats, broomsticks, and all — at its most cheerfully mischievous.
