The Runaways are back in this 2009 Marvel series, and Humberto Ramos's moody cover captures the entire team — six teens clustered together, their expressions tense and wary — alongside what appears to be a reptilian creature crouching at the bottom of the frame, all bathed in an otherworldly burst of glowing energy above them. The title "Rock Zombies Part One" promises the kind of offbeat, high-stakes adventure this series does so well, with writer Terry Moore and artist Takeshi Miyazawa bringing their own sensibilities to the book.
