“The Gauntlet”

In "The Gauntlet," Rogue pushes through a brutal trial to reach Cody, overcoming Bella Donna’s elite warriors and her most dangerous henchmen. With Gambit captured and both women stripped of their powers by Candra, the fight becomes a raw, desperate clash—Bella Donna gaining the edge with a knife to Rogue’s shoulder. Written by Howard Mackie and brought to life by Mike Wieringo’s dynamic art, with Terry Austin’s inks and Dana Moreshead’s colors, this pivotal issue delivers intense personal stakes and high-octane tension. The cover by Mike Wieringo and Terry Austin captures the moment of confrontation with striking clarity.
