Part two of the "Officer Down" crossover arrives in this March 2001 issue of Robin, with a cover by Durwin Talon that sets an immediately tense mood: a silver-haired figure in a blue coat lies collapsed in a shadowy alley, a handgun on the ground nearby, while Catwoman crouches watchfully in the background, her expression caught somewhere between alarm and suspicion. The muted palette of purples, greens, and deep reds gives the scene a noir atmosphere that feels entirely at home with Ed Brubaker's script and the Pander Brothers' interior art. It's a striking, street-level chapter in what promises to be one of the more gripping Bat-family storylines of 2001.
