“The World Around the Corner”

Part of DC's sweeping "No Man's Land" crossover event, Robin #73 drops Tim Drake into a wonderfully ironic situation: a GCPD missing-persons poster bearing his own face covers a crumbling Gotham wall, while Robin — very much present — leaps across the scene quipping "Missing?! I'm right here!" Lurking in the shadows behind him is a blue-and-gold armored figure, adding an air of tension to what is already a city on the edge. Christian DiBari's cover art captures the wit and energy of Chuck Dixon's run with a great sense of humor and visual storytelling that makes this February 2000 issue hard to pass up.

writer Chuck Dixon · artist N. Steven Harris · inker Wayne Faucher · inker Marlo Alquiza · colorist Adrienne Roy · letterer Tim Harkins · cover Christian DiBari
