Part of the sweeping "No Man's Land" crossover, Robin #71 puts the Boy Wonder squarely in the jaws of danger — literally. Rick Burchett's cover is dominated by a massive, snarling reptilian villain tearing through Robin's costume symbol with his bare hands, barbed wire framing the title above and Gotham's ruined skyline looming in the purple dusk behind him. The gleefully taunting tagline "Tastes Like Chicken!" sets the tone perfectly for Chuck Dixon's "The Lizard King," with art by Staz Johnson and inks by Wayne Faucher promising a wild, creepy confrontation inside a Gotham stripped of law and order.
