Robin finds himself in seriously bad company on this July 1999 cover — sandwiched between two menacing, red-skinned villains who are grabbing and shocking him with what appears to be an electrified device, all while surgical tools and syringes float ominously in the background. Jason Pearson's cover work captures a real sense of peril, with the Boy Wonder straining against the grip of two very large, very unhappy opponents. The tagline "He'd Rather Be in No Man's Land!" says it all — wherever Robin is right now, it's clearly somewhere he didn't plan to be.
