From DC's 1963 science-fiction series comes this June issue featuring "The Captive Time-Travelers of the 26th Century!" — and the cover by Bill Ely says it all: two yellow-skinned alien figures man a futuristic control panel as Rip Hunter and three companions find themselves trapped inside a glowing Time Sphere, helpless against a tractor beam pulling them right through its wall. The sense of peril is immediate and genuinely inventive, with the transparent sphere framing the crew in free-float against the starfield while their captors watch coolly from outside.
