After being rejected by Morty in Issue #1, Rick overreacts and creates a pocket universe of young people who will be loyal and obedient to him. That universe's Morty, as resentful of Rick's domineering ways as is "our Morty", becomes the leader of a revolution against Rick. Rick and Beth portal over to that universe to set things right, only to find themselves pursued by the revolutionaries leading to a face-to-face confrontation with "El Presidente Morty".
