Harvey's beloved "Poor Little Rich Boy" is at it again — on this August 1990 cover, penciled and inked by Ken Selig, Richie Rich cheerfully assembles a "Dollarsaur Kit," holding up the skeleton of a small dinosaur made entirely of dollar-sign-adorned bones. It's a perfectly silly, only-in-Richie-Rich gag that captures exactly the kind of money-flavored whimsy the series does best, and the promise of "pages and pages of comic hi-jinks" inside makes this a genuinely fun pick-up for fans of Harvey's signature humor.
