Tim Seeley and Mike Norton's rural noir series reaches its 45th issue with a striking cover image: a sharp-eyed woman in a dark jacket — eye patch, flowing auburn hair, and a rifle at her side — stands against a wintry Wisconsin backdrop of snow-dusted pines and a blood-red sky. The dark, swirling design on her jacket and her cool, unflinching gaze make her feel like someone who has seen far too much and is still standing anyway. If you've been following Revival's blend of small-town mystery and the uncanny, this 2016 installment looks every bit as tense and atmospheric as the series deserves.
