Fay and her mother Lila pose as sisters in their dancing act. Fay dates reporter Kip, and Lila fears their secret will be exposed and cost them work. Kip knows the truth but promises not to print the story; it comes out in his newspaper anyway. Kip explains that it wasn’t his fault, and Lila and Fay find a new and better sponsor for their act. Kip and Fay will wed, as will Lila and her manager Tod.
