“Ring of Ruin!”

Outside the First Bank, a blue-suited hero named Evilheart faces off against the green-caped villain The Rotter — who's clutching bags of loot on a motorcycle getting zapped right out from under him — while a red-suited figure (apparently on a "Reggiecycle") reacts in alarm nearby. This December 1966 Archie Series issue promises a superhero-flavored romp with its cover story "Ring of Ruin!", teasing "the most rotten evil-doer of all time" in a wonderfully colorful Silver Age showdown. Cover pencils are by Bob White, and with Frank Doyle, Bill Vigoda, and Mario Acquaviva handling the interior, it's a fun slice of Archie's superhero era at just 12 cents.
