Red Hood and the Outlaws #6

Part six of "Dark Trinity" arrives with a wry sense of humor baked right into the cover: a Bizarro-faced Superman lookalike holds up a massive piece of machinery and declares "Fixed it," while Red Hood crouches below wrestling with a tire and a warrior woman armed with a spear and sword looks on skeptically from the right. Penciled by Giuseppe Camuncoli and inked by Cam Smith, it's a wonderfully deadpan tableau that captures the offbeat chemistry at the heart of this Rebirth-era team. Scott Lobdell, Dexter Soy, and Veronica Gandini's darker, street-level take on DC's misfit alliance is in fine form here.
