Ravage 2099 #7

Marvel's futuristic antihero gets a ferocious challenge in Ravage 2099 #7 (1993), subtitled "Dragonklaw vs. Ravage" right on the cover. Tom Grindberg's artwork packs the scene with Ravage at the center gripping a weapon, surrounded by allies and the looming, red-eyed beast known as Dragonklaw towering behind him, while additional figures — including a younger dark-haired companion and an armored combatant — are caught up in the chaotic melee against a vivid, otherworldly backdrop. Stan Lee's 2099 universe is firing on all cylinders here, and this issue makes a strong case for why this corner of Marvel's future was such a wild ride.
