Owen Gieni's cover for this 2017 Image Shadowline series delivers exactly the kind of gloriously weird fantasy that Rat Queens fans have come to love — a gnome-like, pointy-eared figure in a star-spangled wizard's hat perches atop an enormous, grotesque toad whose warty shell is studded with unsettling embedded faces and glowing yellow eyes, all set against a dreamy pink sky.
