John Heebink and Ralph Cabrera's cover art captures the cosmic hero in his distinctive red-and-gold costume, staff in hand, blasting green energy rays at multiple blonde-haired opponents who recoil in pain and alarm around him. With Mark Gruenwald's story titled "To the Fifth Power," this issue promises the kind of big, imaginative Marvel cosmic action that made Quasar such a rewarding run in the early '90s.
