The final issue of The Quantum Age arrives with a cover that places two determined heroes front and center — a caped figure in red and blue crouched low and braced for impact, alongside a young woman in a yellow-and-green suit who watches their back with sharp, focused intensity, debris and orange splatter filling the crumbling urban backdrop around them. Wilfredo Torres's linework gives both characters a grounded urgency that feels earned after five issues, and Dave Stewart's warm color palette ties this closing chapter neatly to the broader world of Black Hammer. Jeff Lemire wraps up this futuristic spin-off in style, and if you've been following along, issue #6 is a satisfying send-off to one of Dark Horse's most thoughtful superhero experiments of 2019.
