As the Holy assassin strikes again, two copycat vigilantes—Mr. Payback and Elite—descend on New York, each leaving a trail of violence. With the city on edge, Soap and von Richthofen race to outmaneuver both the killers and the Gnucci gang in a deadly game of cat and mouse.

In "Spit Out of Luck," Ma Gnucci's sudden move sets off a chain reaction as her thugs swarm the Punisher’s home, while Detective Soap and Lt. von Richthofen hold tight at her stronghold. Meanwhile, Soap and von Richthofen seek answers from Father Redondo, who’s grappling with the recent deaths of members of his congregation.

In "Any Which Way You Can," the Punisher, fresh from defeating the Russian, turns his sights on Ma Gnucci, escalating his war on crime. The Holy, Mr. Payback, and Elite form the Vigilante Squad, offering him a place in their crusade to purge New York’s scum—pushing the Punisher to decide whether to join or go it alone.
