Punch Comics #9

The issue features two main stories. "Bobo Bruddah" follows a dimwitted boxer character whose fighting abilities are celebrated at a club meeting, while a villain in a red mask plots mischief with intentions to infiltrate the group. In the science fiction story "Nemo," the hero confronts an alien invasion of disc-shaped ships attacking a planetary palace; Nemo manages to sabotage the invasion's ammunition supply and pursues the attackers in the Lightning Car to defend against their assault on what appears to be a government building.
