The imposing figure of an Engineer — towering, pale, and clad in that distinctive biomechanical suit — dominates this 2016 opener to Dan Abnett's four-issue Prometheus: Life and Death miniseries, viewed from a worm's-eye perspective that makes the ancient giant feel genuinely overwhelming. Smaller human figures crouch at the edges of the frame, dwarfed and clearly outmatched, while the tagline "Trapped with an Angry God!" sets the tension with refreshing directness. David Palumbo's painterly cover work gives the whole scene a moody, atmospheric weight that feels right at home in the Alien universe.
