Preacher #35

Glenn Fabry's painted cover for issue #35 drops Jesse Custer into the rugged desert Southwest — long coat billowing, wide-brimmed hat shadowing a hard expression, and a revolver gripped loosely at his side as he strides through a canyon of red rock formations under a brooding sky. It's a striking visual setup for "War in the Sun, Part Two," the second chapter in a four-part arc crafted by writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon.
