William Watts talks the mysterious Logan out of killing him and then listens to the story of how he may have been the killer Charles Xavier. Norman Osborn tries to get Peter to be his spy in Stark Industries. The Karen Page is attacked in an alley and is visited by her former boyfriend, Matt, in the hospital. Watts meets with a split personality case named Bruce Banner. Stark shows Peter what he has been working on, a suit of Iron Man armor. Matt puts Kingpin on the stand in Frank Castle's trial. Logan goes to a bar and meets up with Mystique who has a mission for him: kill William Watts.
