“Powerless Part 5”

In "Powerless Part 5," Logan confronts Creed in a brutal showdown, reclaiming his bionic claws and returning them to their former handlers. As tensions rise, Watts offers Matt a crucial pep talk that pushes him to see Castle’s trial through to victory—while subtly implicating the Kingpin—before Logan bids him farewell and steps into an uncertain future. Meanwhile, Peter, armed with stolen Stark plans for Gwen’s release, pauses to seek Watts’ counsel before making his next move, even as the Kingpin orders Murdock’s death. Written by Matt Cherniss and Peter Johnson, with striking art by Michael Gaydos and colors by Lee Loughridge, this issue delivers a tense, character-driven climax to a pivotal arc. The cover, by Greg Land and Matt Ryan, captures the moment’s gravity in bold, dynamic lines.
