Two young members of Power Pack cling to a rocky outcrop as a swarm of menacing green reptilian creatures lunges at them from below, making for a genuinely tense cover image penciled by Jon Bogdanove and inked by Bob Wiacek. Adding an intriguing wrinkle, a corner blurb promises a guest cameo by Cloak, whose brooding face peers out from the lower right. Louise Simonson's "When You Wish Upon a Star!" sounds like it delivers the mix of childhood wonder and real danger that made Power Pack such a distinctive corner of Marvel's 1986 lineup.
