IDW's Popeye #11 brings the sailor man's anarchic charm to full boil, with a cover by Vince Musacchia that captures everything delightful about this world in one chaotic snapshot. Popeye sits cross-armed and scowling at the center while Swee'Pea looks on in amazement, a hapless figure's head goes flying off with a "POP!," and another character tumbles to the ground with a "PLOP!" — all against that breezy mint-green background.
