“Rubbah an' Glue”

Plastic Man #12 wraps up its run with a playful cover by Scott Morse that perfectly captures the series' irreverent spirit — a rubbery, red-caped Plastic Man squares off against a gooey blue-capped antagonist, each jabbing a finger at the other amid splashes of green slime. The exchange of taunts ("You're rubber!" / "I'm glue!") teases the story title "Rubbah an' Glue" with a wonderfully cartoonish wit. Morse's loose, expressive linework makes this 2005 finale feel like a fitting send-off for one of DC's most entertainingly elastic adventures.
