Planet Comics #9 is an anthology featuring multiple science fiction adventures. One story follows Gale, who is brought before the tyrant Blaga Daru and must escape his fortress. Another tale involves an Earthman and Princess Eelo of Jupiter, whose ship lands on the new rocket post of New Washington, where the princess is elected president of Southern Jupiter and debates the future governance of the Jupiterians. A third story, "Don Granville" by Go Garsh, depicts Don stranded in space with low fuel, who crash-lands on Neptune and encounters sea tanks and mechanical monsters threatening the planet's inhabitants.
