Pinky and the Brain go full secret-agent in issue #20, and the cover by Walter Carzon and Mike DeCarlo sells the parody beautifully — both mice are decked out in matching pink suits, sunglasses on, ray guns drawn, posed like the world's least intimidating (yet somehow most determined) operatives under the bold "M.I.P. — Mice in Pink" logo. The tagline "Coming Soon to Take Over Your World" is delivered with exactly the right deadpan confidence you'd expect from Brain and his cheerfully clueless partner. A fun 1998 entry in DC's Pinky and the Brain run that leans hard into spy-film send-up territory.
