Peter Wheat and his friends help Sammy complete the cookies, but when Peter tries to test them, he finds he cannot budge a table despite the promised strength. Sammy realizes his invention doesn't work as planned, but the cookies taste delicious anyway. However, a villain attempts to steal the recipe, forcing Peter and Sammy to memorize and then burn the formula to keep it from falling into enemy hands.
