“The Helping Hand”

In "The Helping Hand," Ferdie faces a classic teenage dilemma: he can't afford a date with Suzie, but a mysterious pin from his uncle promises to fix everything. As Ferdie nervously hands over the pin, Suzie’s excitement turns to obsession with finding the perfect dress to match it—leaving Ferdie asleep and waiting, unaware of the storm brewing. Samm Schwartz brings the heartfelt humor to life with his expressive art, while Bob Montana’s iconic cover captures the moment with signature charm.
