Archie laces up his running shoes for a 26-mile marathon on this lively 1979 cover, waving cheerfully as fellow runners surge alongside him wearing their numbered bibs. Veronica and Jughead sit off to the side watching the spectacle, with Veronica delivering the perfectly timed quip — "You have to be OFF to run 26 miles!" — while Betty looks on from the foreground.
