“Wheel-A-Churning”

Pep #212 delivers a perfectly timed bit of Riverdale humor right on its cover, penciled by Dan DeCarlo and inked by Rudy Lapick: Archie hails Reggie for a lift, only for the punchline to land in the panel below — Reggie literally hoists him off the ground, asking "Is this high enough?" Above the gag strip, the gang (including Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and the rest of the crew) lounge playfully across the bold title logo. It's the kind of lighthearted, well-crafted comedy that made this 1967 Archie Series title such a reliable treat at twelve cents a copy.
