Mitch Gerads's cover work is sharp and playful, capturing the oddball energy that writers Tim Seeley and James Gunn have brought to this Peacemaker corner of the DC universe. With one issue left in the five-part run, "A Time for Fables, Chapter 4" looks like exactly the kind of comics-having-fun-with-itself treat that makes 2025 a great time to be reading DC Black Label.
