Patches #2

This anthology issue contains two main stories featuring the character Patches. In the first story, Patches must recover a stolen wagon from the villain Stinky Easterbrooke, leading to a chase sequence involving a yellow vehicle and various comedic mishaps before she ultimately wins "The Winnah!!" at a dance competition and is reunited with her cousin Sandy. The second story finds Patches and her companions stranded with only fifty cents, forcing them to navigate comical situations involving a broken-down car, a parrot, and encounters with various characters as they attempt to scrape together money to pay for repairs and food.
